Beth Cohen ist eine US-amerikanische Klassische Archäologin.

Sie wurde 1977 als Schülerin von Dietrich von Bothmer am Institute of Fine Arts der New York University mit einer Arbeit über griechische bilingue Vasen promoviert. Sie hat sich vor allem als Spezialistin auf dem Gebiet der griechischen Vasenmalerei, insbesondere von ungewöhnlichen Techniken in der attischen Vasenmalerei, hervorgetan. So war sie 2006 für die Ausstellung „The colors of clay. Special techniques in Athenian vases“ im J. Paul Getty Museum in Malibu verantwortlich.
