Die Gruppe B der Fußball-Südostasienmeisterschaft 2022 war eine der zwei Gruppen des Turniers. Die ersten beiden Spiele wurden am 21. Dezember 2022 ausgetragen, der letzte Spieltag fand am 3. Januar 2023 statt. Die Gruppe bestand aus den Nationalmannschaften aus Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapur, Myanmar und Laos.
